Experienced Cook
This is an on-site role for an Experienced Line Cook at Bryce Resort, located in Basye, VA. The role involves preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. The Line Cook will collaborate with the culinary team to ensure food is prepared to specifications, assist with inventory, and support team members during peak service hours.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and knowledge of recipes and ingredients
Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle high-volume service periods
Team collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with kitchen staff
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Previous experience in a professional kitchen or similar culinary setting
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Formal culinary training or certification is a plus
Pay
$18-$20 per hour based on experience
