  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellation & Rebooking Policy

    We do not offer refunds for days with inclement weather, if the ski lifts are still able to operate safely, we still provide our activities and teach our lessons. However, we understand that plans can change so we offer the following cancellation & rebooking policy;

    • 24-48 Hours – 50% Refund

    • Less than 24 Hours – No Refund

    • There are no refunds if you have already rebooked your reservations once

      • Any tickets reserved for guests will be required to be paid in full at time of pickup

    • No shows will be charged the full amount at the public rate

  • What does a Slope Use Ticket cover?

    The Slope Use Ticket is an all access lift ticket (with the exception of snowtubing). You will be able to use that ticket all day to load both chair lifts as well as both carpet lifts. We do not offer a carpet only lift ticket so if you want to ski/board and you have your own equipment this is what you will want to purchase to gain access to the slopes.

  • Will you still have snow even if it's warm outside?

    Yes. We take advantage of cold nights whenever we can to make as much snow as possible. We have an efficient snowmaking system and once we have the snow down it takes a long time for it to melt even in warm spells. You can take a look at our webcam to see a live view of the slopes at all times. You can also view which trails are open on the Current Conditions page.

  • Are the slopes open in the rain?

    Yes, unless otherwise stated in our alerts here, on our social pages, or via email.

  • Is the Bike Park open when it rains?

    Yes. We keep the lift running in the rain.  Our trails were professionally designed and built with water management in mind.  We are also fortunate enough to have ideal soil for drainage.  Trails are typically in the best shape after a day of rain.  Any problem spots are addressed by our trail crew as they pop up. Certain wooden features may be closed when it’s raining but most trails will remain open.

  • Are online reservations required?

    Yes for most activities.  If you are making a reservation for the Bike Park, Skiing/Snowboarding, Lessons, Tubing, Golf and/or many of our special events we ask that you book online.  We offer lower rates for online booking so it is advantageous for you to book here on our website. We also ask that you make reservations for the Copper Kettle which can be found HERE. All other activities such as Lake Laura, Disc Golf, Scenic Lift Rides, Ice Skating, and dining options other than the Copper Kettle can be booked onsite.

  • Is Lake Laura open to the public?
