Maintenance Staff (part-time)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Maintains resort equipment, building and grounds including regularly cleaning. 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintains and makes general repairs to the plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, electrical system, appliances, ventilation system, equipment and structures

2. Conducts plumbing repairs such as leaking pipes and faucets and clogged drains

3. Performs various duties involving painting, plumbing, carpentry and electrical work

4. Maintains the cleanliness of Resort buildings and bathrooms, including, but not limited to Main Lodge, Copper Kettle, Grills, Bryce Landing, Golf Shop, Lake Facility, Mountain Operations, & Fitness Center - to include trash removal, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, window washing, and various other cleaning duties

5. Mows, trims, prunes, seeds and fertilizes grass and trims trees on resort property excluding the golf course on a regular rotating schedule 

6. Assists with the maintenance of parking lots, tennis courts, swimming pools, lake, sports complex and other recreational areas

7. Performs maintenance to resort roads, parking lots, sidewalks and various walkways - including snow removal and salting during inclement weather or due to snow making conditions 

8. Assists in the set up and break down for special resort events

9. Performs any other duties as directed
