Janitorial Personnel (Part Time)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Maintains cleanliness of resort buildings and grounds. Having an eye for detail and taking pride in the cleanliness of resort and facilities is expected.  

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Performs various touch-up duties involving painting and minor repairs

2. Maintains the cleanliness of Resort buildings and bathrooms, including, but not limited to Main Lodge, Copper Kettle, Grills, Bryce Landing, Golf Shop, Lake Facility, Mountain Operations, & Fitness Center - to include, but not limited to trash removal, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, window washing, and various other cleaning duties

3. Details facilities on a set schedule

4. Performs cleaning and light maintenance to resort parking lots, sidewalks and various walkways - including snow removal and salting during inclement weather or due to snow making conditions 

5. Assists with setup and breakdown for Resort events

6. Assists with maintaining landscaping around resort grounds  

7. Performs any other duties as directed
