Intermediate Group Lessons 9 yrs & up

OK, you have mastered skiing wedge turns, snowboarding toe turns and stopping manuevers.  Time to move on!  Intermediate group ski classes will focus on improved balance through proper stance, implementation of parallel turns, and pole planting techniques.  Intermediate Snowboarding lessons also focus on improved balance, pointing the board downhill, and executing heel turns.  Getting down the mountain safely is the first step, doing it with style is the next step.

Start your season out right with a group lesson to improve your skiing and/or riding technique.  Must be nine years or older to participate.  (Younger intermediate skiers and riders should sign up for the Intermediate SKIwee Program or for a private snowboard lesson.)  Group lessons for two or more persons last 1-1/4 hours.  Sign up for lessons in the Ski School at the base of the Little Nip ski slope.  Group lessons meet on the snow in front of the ski school.  Look for signs in the snow indicating ' Intermediate Skier Lesson' or 'Intermediate Snowboarder Lesson'.

Intermediate Group Lessons are held daily at 1:00pm.
